I'm too stupid zo use the software
Hi,
I need your help. I have a 4.1 capture one and of course I would like to adjust photos. I'm only getting JPG'S into and in the meantime it is clear for me that I cannot adjust them. But I'm also not able to get any Raw file into this program. Normally I'm able to work on computers. First time that I'm not able to find a solution.

Richard, from your post I am not sure whether you already have your raw files on your hard drive (do not try to open from memory card). If yes, are you able to open/select such a folder in the Library tool (=first tool tab, symbol most at the left)?
Last question: have you activated the software or running testdrive as 4.5 (standard) or 4.5 Pro. Do not use 4.5 DB for Canon and Leica files.0
