Corrupted TIFFs out of batch processing
Hi,
This is my first post here, and I'm sorry, it is a bit on the negative side.
I have succesfulluy used C1 Pro for raw to TIFF (16 bit)processing from the version 3.x up to the most recent one. In the version 5 I have noticed an annoying feature. When batch processing lets say 500 RAWs from 1D MkII or 1Ds MkII I get 10 to 20 bad tiffs that have either black or gray stripe across the whole image. The width of the stripe varies, but mostly it is very narrow and hard to see from the thumbs in Adobe Bridge. When I process them again they turn out to be ok.
I have not recognized any pattern or setting vhen they appear - it seems to be ramdom like. It is not a big thing to reprocess the bad files, but it is stil some extra work, after you have noticed them in Bridge or PS.
Any idea what causes this problem and how to solve it?

We might have some possible solutions, depending on the specifics of the files and your machine. Create a support case and we'll take a look. 0
