3.6 Bug: JPEG Import Only

I just noticed this new bug. Occasionally (about 3x today) when importing Canon files from a 1DsII via FW card reader, I encounter an import that imports ONLY the JPEGs on a card. After ejecting and reinserting the card I can then re-import and get the RAWs too, but this is messy, since I first have to go in and manually delete the JPEG-only files.
This happened on 2 different computers, 2 different readers and at least 2 different cards.
