Capture One LE MAC Raw File Tech issue

Hi all

I have a bit of a problem with the Capture ONE LE Software i recently installed as a free download from buying Extreme CF cards.

I am based in Scotland and run MAC OSX 10.3.9 and the software works fine, and i can edit JPEG files no problem.

I have a Canon 400D, which in USA i believe is a Rebel XTi

When i open a folder to load a file, i can see all my jpeg files and my .CR2 raw files, but i CANNOT open the .CR2 files.

The file names appear "ghosted" out where the JPEG ones are bold and selectable.

I have called Capture ONE in UK and abroad and no one knows the problem.

Ive heard great things about this software and planned to upgrade to Pro this week, but i will be ordering CS2 if i cant have this problem resolved.

  Hi Paul,
  Did you download Capture One recently? You need 3.7.5 (3.7.6 is better) for your 400D raw files.
