i am in a continuous loop that will not let me complete activation of le, it jumps past field to input your e mailed code and then asks for password. it will not accept your emailed password then tells me my email address is in your system. help rich

  Rich,
  
  You Must First, create and validate a user Profile in order to activate the program. When you go straight to activation and attempt to enter information without a validated Profile, this continuous loop is created.
  
  Go to the web site, create and validate a User Profile, and then you will have no problems with activations.
  All required data fiels are indicated by Red Arrows and must be filled in.
  All information remains internal to Phase One only.
