Is there a video showing the preferred method of setting the Black And White Points in Capture One Pro ?

  Try this: from the Levels tool, click on the question mark > online help, no videos. In the online help screen, at the top click on 'Tutorials on YouTube'. Next, search for 'Capture One Levels tool'.
