Could not activate because activation profile is incorrect

Need help... Iam trying to activate my Capture One 4 Pro on a new machine but i am getting this error: (Could not activate because activation profile is incorrect)
I have already deactivated my version on my old machine. WHAT DO I DO???
On PhaseOne.com I have a profil but I cannot see my registrated product from my ealier installation.
Hope some one can help me...

The error speaks for itself. The Profile you are using is not tied to the Product Key, you perhaps used a different Profile to activate the first time. That profile is now the one that you must use to activate the Product.0 -
How do you find your old activation profile? I changed my email and the new email is showing on my account profile, but can not activate?
