I want to redo my LR to Capture One import do I delete all?

When I tried to import my LR library into Capture 1 yesterday I had a lot of broken links. I am pretty sure all those links are fixed in LR. Do I now re-export my LR catalog, delete all from Capture One and re-import?

    I got help with capture one support on this and everything appears to be working now. If there is a way to mark threads as resolved then this is resolved.
