does Capture One for Fuji also work with Phase One files?

This might sound like a stupid question but here goes:

I'm using a Phase One camera and I'm considering buying a Fuji camera - does Capture One for Fuji also work with Phase One files? Or do I need the regular Capture One to work with both?

  It'll work with Phase One files as well.
