Canon 1D MarkII n, won't show RAW

I've just installed the Capture One LE. I am now using the Canon 1D MarkII n and when I try to open the file it says \"no files in collection\". I know the files are there, I can see them by opening my computer to view files. On the back of the CD envelope it says the software supports the Canon 1D MarkII, but nothing about the Canon 1D MarkII n. Is there another plug in or download I need. The software does open already existing files from other cameras. I've contacted the Canon tech and they said the \"n\" does have a different file type than the original 1D MarkII.

Please help, I don't have time to be down.[/b]
