Improvements on auto adjustemt?

The start of my workflow now is
- remove way under- or overexposed shots
- whtite balnce
- apply auto adjustent
- fine tune.
etc. etc.

I must say that the auto adjustment does a good job, but of course isn't able to make a descent decision to recover shadows or highlights. It also gets it wrong when a skin tone is the brightest spot.

But better as a starting point then 3.7

I would love some presets for auto levels though:
- no highlight recovery (backlit scenes for instance)
- no shadow recovery (theatre and stage, keeping the shadow noise down)
- no HDR
- skintone preference (skin is lightest but should not be on the right of histogram)

With those presets you can get your proofs web ready in minutes
