images will not load in capture one 3

We have used this software for a year, and all of a sudden today our images will not open. We make our new folder with the images..they try to load... but no images ever show up. We started using our new D300 camera today.. does that have any thing to do with it?

  New camera requires an updated version of Capture One. Of course you installed CO 3.7.8 prior to opening your D300 images..?
