Preview Window looks extremely oversharpened

I am having trouble with an extremely oversharpened Preview Window, it also has an Effect on Saturation and White Balance. I cannot tell how Sat. and WB really are, if i change them i have to zoom to 100% to judge it correctly. At 100% it looks good, how its supposed to be. Never had this Problem with 3.7. See the Links below which show the Problem.
