Problems with C1LE 3.7.3(140) Validation Problems

I'm not sure what happening here, but having successfully validated my programme online, and the programme recognising that it has been validated, I always get a revalidation notice every few weeks, which means I have to go through the same sequence all over again.

This appears only to be happening since I update the programme. Has anyone got any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Hopefully, someone could assist.
