1dsmkii lag

Can anyone advise me on a capture lag that i have on my 1dsmkii with an iMac running 10.5.6 and c1pro 4.6?

There is a serious lag on how long the captures take to come into the computer. Sometimes it is 10+ captures.
Very annoying to try to create new sessions having to wait for the captures to come in.

    This is the same as it has been for years with Capture One Pro, and I imagine EOS utility. This happens because the camera can shoot into the buffer faster than the images can be transfered to a computer.

    On the other hand file transfer from a Phase One back will be on pace with your shooting 😄
