Phaseone download

I was unable to create an account with phaseone or download their software. I got a sandisk extreme III 2gb card and it seems terrible compared to my lexar pro. Incompatible with my card reader and super slow. Is the phaseone software as lame as their website?

    Successful downloads occur worlwide on a daily basis, so you should look to your machine and ISP for any problems you are having.

    - Use Internet Explorer
    - Disable any Pop-Up or Firewall programs
    - Download
    - Unzip
    - Install
    - Activate

    ...quite simple really.
