Bogus 15-day trial message
I bought and registered Capture One LE in 2003 and used it successfully until a month ago. I received the message that my 15-trial had expired and now it does not function properly - some features are disabled. My Registration Key no longer works. I have created a case with Phase One and e-mailed repeatedly to no avail.

You say that you raised a support case "to no avail": what was the actual response to it? 0 -
Regarding the support case, it is best to open your case online and see whether there is a reply. Although replies comes with a email signaling, the email sometimes get lost in the junkmail folder. Check online if you have not already done so.
And when you go the the Capture One 3/Windows forum (this is CO 4 & 5 forum), you will find a lot of messages that might be comparable.
