    If you like to create a support case, skip the registration field. It is for hardware only.

    I am not familiar with ID Image, so I skip that part. Next, you seem to have a permissions issue when trying to open a folder on a external disk from Capture One. This is not uncommon. In general, work on files on your internal disk first to see it all works correct.

    Yes I figured out how to create a ticket. Terrible support ticket system. Made me enter harrdware stuff as it is mandatory. I made it up.

    support says map the drive. Do that tonight when I get home. That seems odd since is a drive I already access via my machine on my home network.

    I'm new to Captureone having gotten it free since I own Expression Media. And now I have a Nikon so I can use C1.
