5d4 MacBook Pro tethering
Hi,
I recently upgraded my camera and laptop. I'm shooting with a 5d4, MacBook Pro connected via usb3-extension cable-thunderbolt3 adaptor. My software is up to date.
On my old setup only c1pro or the Canon Utility could run at one time. On this new setup, they're both connected and c1pro won't capture without the camera being connected to canon utility. When I shoot, some files come direct via c1pro and some via utility.
What am I doing wrong?

The issue is both softwares are wanting to communicate and control the camera over PTP. Quit Canon Utility. 0
