B&W with some color

I would like to take a photo and essentially make it a B&W but leave one color in the image. I have messed around with the color editor and can make the pictue look just like I want it but when I process it....it is essentially a color photo.

I'm using a RAW file from a Olympus E-510.

  Have you tried Styles, either (one of) the default Color effect styles or made your own?
