LCC dust removal problem

I'm shooting with a tech cam and always apply LCC in C1 and always make sure I click dust removal as well.
On first glance it looks fine however especially when converting to B&W with a bit of contrast the dusts pots shows up anyway.

When applying LCC in Leaf Capture this has never been an issue..

Am I missing something?

  How do you convert to B&W? Do you use CO7's Black & White tool, or a BW profile or output to grayscale?

  I process the image in color (with dust removal checked) and import the processed version into Lightroom where I use NIK Silver Efex Pro to do the B&W conversion.
