Can't choose oreintation of frame in C1 preferences (3.7.4)

We just installed 3.7.4 and find that the camera setup window in the C1 preferences pane is blank. We are Mac g5, OSX 10.4.6. Never been a problem before.

  I'll assume you are using a Phase One Digital Back or a Canon.

  Indeed, a Canon 1ds in this case.
