Color Management Problems In CIPro

I just got a new Epson 4800 and I'm having problems with color management. I had similar problems with my old 5500 printer. I'm getting what appears to be double management but I can't figure out what is causing it. I'm using an EOS 20d(raw-adobe 1998), OS X 10.3.9, PB g4 (screen is calibrated), PS Cs, Epson 4800 on ethernet. I'm able to get excellent prints using PS raw converter. Using C1 the picture on the screen looks great when I open the tiff in PS(just like the PS converter) but the saturation is on steroids when it goes to the printer. I'm using the same printer settings in the Epson driver for both prints (no color control). I'm using the C1 color presets in PS. Any Ideas?

The problem lies obviously in a missmatch between PhotoShop and Capture One.

Thanks for the reply. The trouble turned out to be a corrupt Adobe RGB 1998 profile. I replaced the profile...fixed.
