C1 4.1.1 gives me a ? instead of the image,please help .

I down loaded C1 4.1.1 today and all I get is a big ? instead of the image .CI pro 3.7.8 works fine.C1 4.1 also worked when I had it . How do I make 4.1.1 work ?

  Paul thank you for the advice. I removed the capture one library folder from Pictures and now I see my images in C1 4.1.1
