Canon 5D II RAW ?????

I would like to know when will C1 v.4.5 PRO be able to process the new Canon 5D II RAW files. They starting to become available (the RAW files) on the internet and I would like to run a test to evaluate the image quality.

  IMHO, unless Canon guaranteed these RAWS were taken with locked down firmware (which they won't)...too soon to develop a profile. FWIW, I think you can buy Canons based on specs...at least I do...and I've preordered several Canon models without being disappointed...

  Question has been asked and answered already here or in the CO4/Mac forum. Short recap: first the camera need to be available in general to the public and to Phase One in particular. Profiles and film curves will be based on this production model. As Phase One depends on Canon for a camera it cannot say when it will be available.
  
  I expect that support for the latest camera models introduced at the Photokina this year will be available in CO4 at the end of the year at earliest together with a update on the current CO 4.5 release. If you pre-ordered the 5D mkII (as I did) you will have approx. 1 month to survive with DPP. 😄
  
  Add/edit: as soon I get my hands on a production model of the 5D mkII I will be more than happy to publish a number of raw files.
