Download page is blank

When trying to download the latest update to Capture One for Mac, A blank page appeared with a 1X1 gif as the only object. The problem was traced to Net Barrier. The download works only if the banner filter is turned off. This can be done either by starting Net Barrier or using the contextual menu.
