convert to black and white using LE software for WIN

I downloaded the trial version and wanted to know how do I convert a color picture into a black and white photo? Thanks.

  Go to Workflow > Show Color Management Settings
  
  At this display you can select the Output Destination (Working Space) to be one of 2 grayscale Profiles: Phase One Gray Profile 1.8 or 2.2
