Cannot adjust process recipes

I have the recipe checked AND selected and still getting the warning "The selected recipe will not be used for processing because it is not enabled". The files still process so the warning is just an annoyance. The issue is I cannot adjust the properties of the recipe i have selected, resolution, scale etc... the basic tab of the process recipe too is just greyed out with no info.

  I think that something got in the way with your recipes. I suggest to delete it (or: them) and create a new one.
  
  Just to be sure, I suggest you clean up the batch history as well.
