cannot get my activation key to work after a change from PC

    Please create a support case with the support dept at http://support.phaseone.com - click on contact support.
    And we will have you sorted out. 😄

    Basically the keys look the same and they are BOTH 16 alpha numerical.
    The 24 code you have is for a registration code and not a product key.

    But as I said. create a case and we can trace what you product key is.
