Poor Quality Previews, Blurry Previews while Tethering

Hi, I'm from Malaysia. Started using this Software since it was still Capture One Pro 10, this one I didn't understand why the Preview are so blurry when I tethered my camera to my MBP 16'' using Original Capture One Pro 20. Is there any solutions ? I've already try to check Display settings, OpenCL settings, Regenerate Previews, so any other solutions that can solve this problems ? Thank you. I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem.

    Try build 13.1.2, available today. Pixelated preview is one of the bug fixes listed in the release notes.
