Canon tethered shooting-can also write to card?
Here in 2020, does Capture One still not support writing to the card while tethered shooting with Canon cameras?

No, tethering is shooting to the computer.
Only when the camera itself supports writing simultaneously to card and computer, it is possible with Capture One.
