Problem Completing Activation

While attempting to complete the activation of Capture One Fujifilm, I enter the License Key and my e-mail but the rest of the screen is grayed out.  When I try a manual activation, I enter the License Ksy but cannot locate the needed Activation Code.

Can anyone help?

    Maybe the activation server was temporarily unavailable. Have you made a second attempt the next day?

    Activation issues are best dealt with via a support case as they can see what is happening from their end.
