Opening NEF files

I imported my NIKON images from Lightroom into CO Pro 2.0 but then I cannot open the NEF files although I have the version which should accept all camera's

    So tell us how you are doing what you are doing. You have imported the images into Capture One - into a catalog or a session? Where are the images located? Do yo see the images in Capture One, or do you not even see them? Are you sure that you have activated the right version of Capture One? (You say you have the version that should work with all cameras - presumably the Pro version. Did you get a licence key when you bought it and have you activated it with that licence key?) What camera are the images from? Is it a supported camera?

    I have imported the images into a catalog. The inages are located in map Lightroom Catalog. I do see the images but with a '?' instead of the images itself.

    I do have the Pro version and activated it with the license key. The image are from a Nikon D300S and D700 camera.

    I think I understand the problem. The right external harddisk is not connected. I'll try to fix that first.

    That's right, CO knows that there should be something
    but does not have access to it… you should be fine now!
