Luminance channel support in Levels panel

Hi, 

We now have a Luma channel adjustment in the Curves panel. But it would be every bit as useful to have that in Levels as well. Working with quarter-tones, black and white points in Levels is a quick way to perform many essential edits, but without Luma color shifts can occur, as with RGB sliders in Curves. Perhaps this could be an easy addition? Thanks
