Capture One sharpening with Canon 5D Mk4

Still using LR6 perpetual at the moment, still doing a good job but the slowness is starting to annoy me. Downloaded the Capture One trail and doing some tests. Comparing an image side by side with LR6 I'm surprised that the C1 image, on the default setting, is very soft. I've tried re sharpening but can't get it anywhere near the same quality as the LR6 version. Anybody come across this and if so how should I remedy it, I presume I've possibly got to reset something to correct this. 

Also, is there any news as to if C1 are going to bring out a Canon only version?
