Capture One 21 stays in trial mode after activation

Hello Capture One, 

 

I pre-ordered C1 21 and received the new licence code (weeks ago) which works fine on C1 20.

Today I downloaded C1 21. Deactivated and deleted all previous versions on my computers.

After installing and activating C1 21 with the new licence code, C1 21 stays in TRIAL mode. 

I tried re-installing, re-starting my I-Mac etc. But every time I start C1 21 it says "You have 30 days left in your trial. Buy capture one now". 

When I check "Licence" from the C1 21 dropdown menu it shows me my licence key and says "this version of C1 is activated". Weird and annoying since I get this warning every time I use C1.

What to do?

    Of course, you are sure that you did not incidentally activate with the trial key. If so, contact support for activation issues.
