Preview Generation take 1 hours for 155 RAWs photos

I created a new catalog on my SSD hard disk, import 151 Nikon RAWs photos and the preview generation show it takes an hour for the generation. It is crazily slow. I never experience this before I upgrade from CO20 to CO21. 

Here is my hardware info

  The photos are also copied/stored on the SSD or only the catalog?
