Payment for Annual Subscription or Paid monthly

As I visit the website to upgrade my plan , I could visit the payment available as Rs.639/month in the scrren and when I click-on subscribe option , I updates into Rs.1275 /month option . I am confused on which is the original payment . Let me know if anyone knows anything about this.

 

Is it Rs.639/month or Rs.1275/month for Sony Camera in India
