not able to download stylepack nordic editorial

I yesterday purchast 1 Nordic Editorial  Stylepack directlly from your specific webpage and payd us dolar 29 ,- via a company called fast Sprig. I receive a order and payment confirmation containing a blue download button. However it is not possble to activate this button thus there is no download.Pretty anoiying . Pls. Resolve asp or return my money.
