Capture one keeps crashing when working with big files from Fuji GFX100s or Sony A7RIV

since weeks now i´m struggeling with this issue. Support of C1 told me to stop hardware accelaeration  - this helps, but slows down capture....

I set up my mac completly fresh... but still the problem is there....

Has anybody an idea?
