File Packager missing from Capture One 14.3 Beta 1

Hi,

Today I've downloaded the new Beta 1 for Windows but there is no File Packager inside, there is a folder for it, but it's empty and the What's new pdf inside still saying that Windows users should use that, not the report bug under the Help menu.

Am I missing something?
