does express have a "select next" option?

Morning all, 

Just wondering if the select next option works in express (windows)? I'm wanting to set capture so that when I rate a image it will then move on to the next image so and so on someone said the option was called "select next" and showed a Mac screen shot and it was under the select menu but I don't see it.
