I have disabled any photo changes while importing. Nevertheless, the imported photo changes its color to a warmer and more contrasting color. I don't want these changes, but I don't know how to turn it off.

  You can't turn it off, Marzena - what you're describing is "The Capture One Look" and it's integral to the profile the software applies on import/conversion.

  All you can really do is create an import style that looks better to you (perhaps using a less aggressive "Base Characteristics" curve) and apply it by default on import.
