Shuttle Pro v2 Not Working in Capture One 21 using Windows 10

I'm trying to get Shuttle Pro v2 to working in Capture One 21 in Winodws 10 21H1 but no matter what I do to edit or create new profile in the settings of Shuttle Pro v2 it makes no difference, it will not talk apart from the job wheel zooming in and out of photos. It may be a long shot but I'm just posting to see if anyone else is having same problem or has a solution?

    Edit->Preferences and turn off "Enable Tengent device support"
