Capture One 15.1 MAC - Exported Photoshop Colors do not match

Only just saw this in the latest version when updating to 15.1

When editing a file from C1 to PS (Edit in | Photoshop)
The file opens perfectly and displays fine but when closed and back in C1 it shows incorrect colors and is overly sharpened.

I tried PSD and TIFF with sRGB as my options
and Photoshop worked in sRGB ( I thought it may have been a conversion issue )

Re-installed 15.0 and the problem is gone.
I'll wait for the next release

*edit: only the preview (of the PS edited TIFF) seems to be incorrect in C1 but when I export it, it looks perfect... even when I regenerate previews it doesn't fix*
