Capture 1 doesn't recognize my images

Hi

I've just tried to upload some images taken with a brand new Fujifilm XE 4 camera. The images are definitely on the memory card but C1 does not recognize there are any images. Any help please?

    XE 4 support seems to havebeen included in V21 fomr the 14.1 release.

    Do you have that release (or later) installed?
