Buy C1 Pro 21 with 2 licenses and option for C1 22

Hello, if I buy C1 21 until 4th of october with the +1 free additional license AND the free upgrade to C1 22—> will the upgrade be valid also for the +1 free license? Means: do I get the free upgrade for the 2 licenses? Thank you very and much. BR Andreas
