black and white

hi, someone can tell me if with Capture One, you can get non-RGB grayscale files. all digital cameras, except some such as Leica monochrome, Phase One etc ... create a native black and white in the room. is it possible with C1 to eliminate any RGB information? Thanks !files in black and white
