Levels Histogram is not visible

I cannot see a histogram in my levels box. I've tried looking for settings but can find anything remotely close to a setting that will allow me to see it.

  What type of files are you looking at?
  Are all the other tools working ok?
  You might try removing the levels tool and then adding it back.
