C1-22 pre-upgrade

Hi, I like to buy a pre-upgrade. I enter my email and my license key to validate. Nothing was happened to pay or something else. I asked C1 many times, they never answered to my question. Does any one knows how to do it?

  The upgrade option should be available via your C1 online account.
  Log in and you should see the "Upgrade Licence - Upgrade" box on the first page.
